GA96HB3709 96 HB 3709 WILDLIFE-PROSECUTION-VENUE Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that any violation that involves illegally taking or possessing an animal must be prosecuted only in the county in which the animal was unlawfully taken by or found in the possession of the violator.
