GA96HB3879 96 HB 3879 DCFS-EMPLOYEE-DRUG TESTING Amends the Department of Children and Family Services Powers Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department to develop and implement policies and procedures requiring the drug testing of (i) State employed caseworkers and other Department employees who may provide direct services to children and families and (ii) applicants for positions in the Department that may involve providing direct services to children and families.
