GA96HB5299 96 HB 5299 VEH CD-ONE LICENSE PLATE Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that owners of certain vehicles of the first division may make application to the Secretary of State to have one registration plate issued and displayed on the rear of the vehicle. Provides that the application requirements shall be the same as other vehicles of the first division subject to registration, except that the applicant shall pay an additional registration fee of $250 for each new and renewal registration application.
