GA96SB1979 96 SB 1979 $DHS-GRANT-COMMUNITY HEALTH Appropriates $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to CommunityHealth to do the following: (1) increase the number of individuals served by 15% (from 7,360 to 8,500) and the number of medical visits by 17% (from 20,600 to 24,000); (2) expand the number of specialty services available on site by 19% (from 24 to 28); (3) increase the number of training programs on site by 63% (from 8 to 13); and (4) open a satellite site on the south side of Chicago.
